Ferguson, according to a release by the White House, is a former foster child and senior at Middle Tennessee State University where she is majoring in Elementary Education.

In addition, Ferguson is a Fostering the Future scholarship recipient, which was launched by First Lady Trump’s “Be Best” initiative.

Fostering the Future “secures educational opportunities and scholarships for children in the foster care community.”

“These men, women, and families come from all different walks of life with incredible stories about the disaster wrought by the previous administration, and the historic achievements President Trump has already enacted to usher in the Golden Age of America,” the White House said.

Trump is scheduled to begin delivering his Joint Address to Congress tonight at approximately 9:10 p.m. EST.

In a TruthSocial post on Monday, Trump said his address on Tuesday will “be big” and he will “TELL IT LIKE IT IS!”
